Once an educator has identified a weak spot, they can begin researching/developing ways to turn it into a strength. This could include combining technology with current teachings in their classroom or explore a new teaching method (flipped learning, blended learning, etc.). Instructional/Tech Coaches can work directly with you to assist in your research or deciding if you are ready for
Soil (Integration).
