DESCRIPTION
Once you have identified an area in your instruction that is considered a weakness, it is now time research ways to turn it into a strength. Just like planning a road trip, you first need to plot your course and take inventory of what you'll need before venturing off. Instructional Coaches can work directly with you to assist in your research or deciding if you are ready for Integration Phase.
